Registration is now OPEN … And Vacation Bible School 2026 @ St. Mary Queen of the Universe Church for grades just completed: VBS (Kindergarten only): Monday, June 22nd – Friday, June 26th 9:00 a.m. - noon Totus Tuus (Grades 1-6) – Monday, June 22nd – Friday, June 26th 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Totus Tuus (Grades 7-12) – Sunday, June 21st – Thursday, June 25th 7:30 – 9:45 p.m. All sessions will be held at St. Mary Grade School. For more information about these two faith formation programs, contact Nancy at 785-827-5575 / nancy@stmsalina.org or check the FORMATION tab on the parish website: stmsalina.org Registration forms are available at St. Mary PARISH office. Registration will close on June 12th so don’t delay! This year, we are offering FREE lunches to all children under the age of 18. More information can be found on the registration packet.

- Content & Communications Coordinator
Focuses on storytelling, photography, social media, and sharing school life.

- Advancement Assistant
Supports community outreach, development, fundraising communication, and event coordination.

SMGS: Reminder - Join us for a fun LAST DAY OF SCHOOL celebration at the St. Mary’s Grade School circle drive! ☀️🌭🍔🍦 Howard Wagyu will be grilling from 11:30am–1pm. Payment for Howard Wagyu lunch can be made via cash, card, or Venmo. Enjoy ice cream floats provided by Home & School as we kick off summer together! Families are welcome to bring their own lunches and picnic items as well. Feel free to bring chairs or blankets and enjoy the afternoon with us!

TADS applications are due on Friday, May 22. All required documents must be submitted by this time as well. If an application is incomplete, your family might not be considered for assistance.
Also, all tuition, lunch and extended care payments must be paid in order to guarantee and spot for the 26-27 school year.

All student medicine in the office must be picked up by an adult by Thursday, May 21. Medicine that is not picked up will be tossed. We are not able to keep medicine from year to year. Thanks!!

Due to the severe weather expected this afternoon, Love 'N Learn will close today at 3:30 PM to help keep our children, families, and staff safe. Please make arrangements to pick up your child by that time.

Additionally, St. Mary's Grade School Extended Care will be canceled today. Please make arrangements to have your child picked up at regular dismissal time.

6th Grade Graduation will be postponed until Wednesday, May 20th at 7:00 PM.
