Match Madness

Match Madness is our community-wide giving event supporting the Endowments of both St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart. Our endowments help ensure Catholic education remains accessible to as many families as possible.

Fun Way to Participate:
Students at SH can earn a Jeans Day and Students at SMGS can earn a Dress Down Day on Thursday, March 12 if their FAMILY makes a $10 donation to Match Madness.

To participate:
---Bring a $10 check to school by Wednesday, March 11 (We cannot collect cash for this.)
---Make checks payable to Greater Salina Community Foundation
---Include the school’s name in the memo line.
---If either school can have The Most Donors or Most Improved # of Donors, the school will receive a $750 prize...potentially $1500 if we win both!

3rd & 4th Grade Music Program is tonight at 6pm in the St. Mary's Gym. Students will need to arrive at 5:30. Students will need to enter through the Gym Doors. The doors will open at 5:30!!

SMGS: Just a reminder that this 9-week session of ACE programs end the week of March 2nd. The last 9-week session will run from March 9th-May 12th. The classes with openings are The Reading Adventure Club Session II and Game on! Session II. SMGS families!! We are joining together with Catholic Charities and collecting change (and cash) to support pregnancy services, Fill a bottle, change a Life. Each classroom has a baby bottle to fill. We are hoping to fill each baby bottle to the top!! The baby bottle campaign started on Feb. 16th and will go through March 6th!!

SMGS: Today is the last day to visit our Catholic Book Fair! It will be open 10am to 1pm in the St. Mary’s Grade School library.
