Although your child was screened for Kindergarten Readiness last spring locally, the State of Kansas does require a fall parent survey to be completed. As an accredited school, the State of Kansas requires us to participate in this process to be in compliance with our accreditation.
We appreciate you taking the time to complete the two online surveys entitled ASQ-3 and ASQ: SE-2 (Ages and Stages Questionnaires). The surveys will be asking questions regarding what you as parents feel about your child’s developmental and social levels. Your child’s name is not shared with the State of Kansas. They are only looking for data about Kindergarten students across the state.
To complete the questionnaires, please click on the following URL:
https://asqonline.com/family/674e57
After you click on the link, you will select the first option that states that you are completing BOTH the ASQ-3 and ASQ: SE-2. The deadline to complete these online surveys is Thursday, September 11, 2025. Contact Corey Ritter at Corey.Ritter@salinacatholic.org if you have any questions.
